Arrived 5 minutes before the store closed to buy a car battery for my friend's Megane. The seller was always friendly and answered all of my questions even though the shop was supposed to be closed. So a thumbs up from me.
Bought a used car there 3 years ago. There were problems with registering the car because the vehicle registration document could not be found, but a replacement car was provided free of charge for a period of 3 weeks without any ifs or buts until the new letter was issued and registration was made.
Today I was there again because I changed the battery on the car and now needed the code for the radio, which I did not have due to the replacement letter.
And I got this one too.
Conclusion: nice, helpful and competent team. Whether in sales, the office or the workshop.
