Absolutely unreachable by phone all day. Once you've managed to make an appointment, you're just left standing in front of the door. Customer service? Inside, the workers seemed to be busy doing other things that had little or nothing to do with their job (e.g. vacation talks or conversations about what to do after work and that while several customers were waiting for the employees). One employee shifts the responsibility onto the other employee and one is only sent back and forth. The employees seem generally not very interested and take little time for the customers who have an appointment and are even talking on the phone at the same time. Here, too, I would like to ask whether this should be Mercedes-Benz customer service ?! Incidentally, I personally find it a little disrespectful. I really hope that this unfortunately negative experience will be taken to heart by the responsible employees and that something will soon change. I would like to give 0 stars, but this is not possible. I currently no longer see myself as a customer at this location and am looking for another Mercedes partner in the immediate region. I will not recommend the location in Bensheim to friends and acquaintances until further notice.

First of all, I would like to thank the seller Marko Zubovic, a very correct person and seller, whom I would have liked to give 5 stars. But the dealership: not really I treated myself to a GLS 350 D that I bought over the phone without actually looking at it. I picked up the vehicle yesterday. My son would probably have managed the processing better when he was 12. Vehicle has a new TÜV plus a young star check. But what amazes me is that the tires are 1 mm from the wear limit. And today I saw that only the on-board tools are not there. I guess I can ask for that at around 60,000.00 €. Since the tires and tools on this vehicle were definitely faulted and removed by the old owner. But that doesn't mean that the dealership is so big that they don't do anything and sell the vehicle in order to make a bigger profit.

Not a 2 year old car returned for first inspection. When I was picked up, I was told that the high beam could not be switched off and that I would not have noticed. But since it is a guarantee case, they would replace it, it would have been ordered. Called after 3 weeks because you had to turn off all the lights at night to get the high beam off. And that in the forest in winter. The oncoming drivers would have killed me if I hadn't noticed this beforehand! Well, fix it and get the car back. Checked - ok. 2 days later on the autobahn I want to give a signal to a driver that the high beam does not go out again. Tried to call Monday all morning, always AB. Annoyed, I reached someone via Weinheim. Car picked up and repaired. The cable would have burned through. When the name tag was delivered, all letters were missing on the key. Only given for inspection - nothing but trouble and incorrect return.

Unfortunately, we have not had good experiences with repairs and inspections several times. The work was incomplete or sloppy, in one case we got the vehicle "broken" when we brought it. We never received the promised goodwill offer. Another time, during an inspection, a lot more oil was poured in than intended, so that the engine sooted heavily and the (expensive) damage to the exhaust gas cleaning system may be due to this approx. 6 months later. We have now tried another Mercedes workshop and were very positively surprised. That is why the Ebert car dealership has unfortunately lost us as a long-term customer.

We bought a young star in Bensheim. We were served very nicely and courteously by Ms. Jung. At first we were actually interested in another vehicle, which was not available at the moment. Then we discovered our absolute dream car and were immediately invited for a test drive. Ms. Jung then took care of everything very nicely even after signing the purchase contract and carried out an introduction and "driving lesson" at the handover. Thank you very much, the vehicle is a dream!
