I asked the company Bormuth-Stumpf about planned renovation work and related electrical work. Three weeks ago I was in the "sales room" in Heppenheim and left my request to make an appointment. Last week and this week, the boss's assistant informed me that they would not accept any more customers, not even in March or April 2021 !! Instead of naming an appointment, there is no solution here, which is a shame because I had received the company recommended. This is misunderstood sales or customer care.
