Alles gut. They were able to help me in English language which was a bonus since I only speak a little German. We have bought a complete kitchen from them and also kitchen accessories. The quality of the product and the service is excellent. In one case there was a problem which they sorted out quickly.

Always in a good mood and friendly fitters. The guys from customer service really have a clue and are happy to give tips and tricks on how to care for the devices.
The planning of our kitchen was very personal and individual - the assembly was perfect, we still look forward to cooking in the great kitchen every day.
The kitchen party in summer 2019 was awesome and really a great idea. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to test the cooking classes yet due to the corona - hopefully we'll do it again soon!
I have never been so disappointed as here!
I've been a customer for a good 10 years, bought two kitchens as well as various appliances and naturally thought of delivery, assembly, and disposal of old appliances with my new stove ... Rettig.
The initial 14-day delivery time turned into 6 weeks without any feedback or signs of life. When asked, the stove was first said, then it will be delivered and in the end it should have been there.
After 7 weeks it was finally installed but with the wrong extension. Somewhat annoyed, I set a deadline to finally complete the order and, despite the unfinished service, already had the invoice in the post.
The deadline was ignored and in the end I picked up the extract on site for self-assembly and am even allowed to bring the wrong extract!
Great service and great performance, one less customer after 10 years!
In the event of appointments they are not reliable Kitchen was confirmed at the end of October at the beginning of November, meanwhile it is mid-November and as yet no confirmation
