Forgot to tighten the sleeves when setting a gas meter ... Gas leak was smelled after 3 days ... If the meter were in the basement we would have another problem. It's unbelievable that something like this should happen to such a large company!

A few years ago we built with WSW, among others with the Herbert company. This had forgotten the underfloor heating in the toilet, forgot to lay the supply line to the cistern in the garden, the air heat pump did not work properly for years. Sometimes employees came unannounced and did not know what to do. A pure disaster to have everything to be verified by building reports.

For many years we, the owners of a 5 family house in Einhausen, have been using the service of Herbert, Bensheim, mainly in the area of ​​plumbing and heating technology. Most recently, we had a major campaign that took several days, namely “flushing the floor heating” in our 5 apartments. Reason for the measure. To date, there has been no cleaning of the floor strands or subsequent water softening for 25 years. Heavily silted water in the system with the resulting reduced heat transfer, etc., made the measure urgently necessary. In coordination with my house co-owners and in coordination with Mr. Timo Waldorf, all the necessary prerequisites for rapid implementation could be created very quickly. The service staff employed by Mr. Timo Waldorf were friendly, helpful, prudent and left a clean job in all apartments. I would also like to mention that because of the compressor noise pollution, out of consideration for my wife (who was still tied to the bed after a major knee operation), they were handled very carefully. I would especially like to speak to Mr. Mirko Brenschneider and his assistant Ms. Lena Franke, who During the four days of the week carried out the work with care, express my special thanks. Also on behalf of my flatmates, I can confirm that the work was carried out to our complete satisfaction.
