Crime scene: new building Elektro Klein received money for the wiring of a new building, then errors occurred and something had to be re-installed, then they tried to collect money from the tenant twice, whereby the service was already paid for by the client. It was also switched incorrectly without re-measurement and if a light was switched on in the bathroom it remained dark, but the light went on in the children's room ...

This is so sad! One would like to support the local provider and then that: After an initial, very pleasant and constructive conversation with Mr. Klein on site for an offer for a PV system (for the one star) I have been waiting for two (!!!) months Offer. Waiting is one thing. Much worse: After six / seven calls on my part, I was assured of the offer in the next few days / week - obviously a deliberate false statement, because to this day I have not received an offer! Then please say if you don't have the capacity or feel like it! At least I can work with that. There are still companies in this country - in the times of the Amazons, Teslas & Co - that have not understood what customer service means. It's a shame because I have other projects in mind ...

A ceramic hob was connected to. The cable was already attached to the box and the tradesman only had to measure the cable and then the cable. Working time less than 15min. I asked him what it would cost and he didn't mean € 50 when I got there, which I thought was steep. Now the bill came to € 74.99. I tried to clarify this by phone and asked for a call back Next came the first warning. My mails are not responded to. Not recommendable.

I really had good experiences every time. Competent staff, friendly telephone information, appointments were good and were informed in good time if something came up. I can only recommend Elektro Klein!

Appointments are impossibly bad. Agreement within the company is a catastrophe. At a construction site at home you wait for employees - he doesn't come - you call the company and are told that nobody is coming today. Zero information the day before, how it goes next day. Sloppiness! I will never take this company again!
