1st consultation was extremely good. Top IT knowledge and friendly advice. 2nd Conversation with purchase intention on my part was extremely inappropriate on his part. Rude, cheeky and stressed. Proverbs like "I do not need your money" and "do not argue with me" I do not need to be told. I would like to have a contract with him but he was very rude on the second visit
