Had ordered a new flashlight there, it arrived with the following defects Seal of the original packaging torn Pack damaged Batteries in the lamp Lens cover missing Fingerprints on lens Return costs must be borne by the seller, also in this case - in no way recommended!

The operation of PDAMAX is by no means recommendable, I was faced with similar problems as @Ronny Friedrich, I bought a Fenix TK35 incl. 2 batteries (flashlight for 140 €), it is defective after less than 8 months, nothing happens more. On the phone I told an employee where the defect is, it is an internal component of the flashlight that has no external damage or water contact. From there, a production error can be assumed. In the event of a complaint, I was referred to the manufacturer, in particular the company refuses to pay the costs now incurred (in particular shipping), since after 6 months the burden of proof is reversed and the clerk does not consider the facts described to be sufficient evidence to assume that there is a lack of production . The offers are apparently cheap, but the "service" is actually not available. Apparently, this is also a society that tries to make Amazon even bigger, there is almost never such a dismissive behavior.
