Waited over 2 weeks for the first appointment, then a friendly fitter came and repaired our washing machine. The same problem reappeared shortly afterwards. This time we only waited 3 days for an appointment. This time the whole drum was replaced. Now we no longer had the first problem, instead a new defect occurred immediately afterwards. The second star is for the friendly fitter and because promised deadlines are kept.

Customer service is a foreign word for this company 😡 You can call this company when and how often you want, either you are informed by a tape that all employees are talking to the customer and that you should write an email and then you are immediately thrown out of the line. If you then call another number, no matter how often you call, nobody picks up the phone. Appointments are given between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. It is said that the technician will contact you 1 hour in advance! First appointment technician calls at 5:29 p.m. when he would not have met anyone, my son was at home and was waiting, but he cannot remember ever hearing a bell. The second appointment will be arranged. Time again between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This time I took an extra day off without paying. 4:15 p.m. the technician calls to tell me that he could not keep the appointment, when I let my anger run free he just laughed and said it is now as it is if I want I can make a new appointment or it to let. I am appalled by the way you deal with customers! Even if I have little hope tomorrow I will inform the consumer protection center and find out what can be done against such a company. The second fitter arrives unannounced 2 weeks later, replaces the drum, says the machine is still functional, but obviously still defective after switching it on once. The second fitter has the idea of ​​reading out the error that is shown on the display. Have to order the part first, they will contact you. After more than a month there was still no response and could not be reached by phone.

Called 3 times. Are too stupid to distinguish a dishwasher from a washing machine. The agreed date is not kept. Absolutely not recommended. Just keep your hands off it. Juicy.
