Customer service is a foreign word for this company 😡 You can call this company when and how often you want, either you are informed by a tape that all employees are talking to the customer and that you should write an email and then you are immediately thrown out of the line. If you then call another number, no matter how often you call, nobody picks up the phone. Appointments are given between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. It is said that the technician will contact you 1 hour in advance! First appointment technician calls at 5:29 p.m. when he would not have met anyone, my son was at home and was waiting, but he cannot remember ever hearing a bell. The second appointment will be arranged. Time again between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. This time I took an extra day off without paying. 4:15 p.m. the technician calls to tell me that he could not keep the appointment, when I let my anger run free he just laughed and said it is now as it is if I want I can make a new appointment or it to let.
