singularily bad customer service! the woman who sold us the flowers lectured us about her training and did a lousy job arranging the flowers. Never again!

An amazing selection!
The Lindenhof in Bensheim is my favorite address when it comes to buying something for the garden. Regardless of whether it was a bulk purchase or just one or two plants, I was always given very detailed advice. Even when there is a high rush and there are waiting times, I never had the feeling of being "processed".
The outdoor area is neat and tidy / clearly arranged, there is enough parking space right in front of the shop and all the employees I have dealt with are competent and friendly.
Bought us a Christmas tree on Wednesday last week, now 6 days later it is hanging its branches angrily, a real disappointment for this price,
It was actually a very beautiful tree, but we've never had anything like that, our future trees will be fetched elsewhere.
This is only about the tree, we have never had any problems with the flowers that we always fetch
