The lady on the phone was so rude and arrogant to me just because I asked for my tax number. Just keep in mind that there are students who start a part-time job for the first time and are not very familiar with everything! You have such short working hours as civil servants and you get so much more money than anyone else (who have to do much more) and yet there is so much staff that is rude !! Money alone doesn't seem to make you happy.

A super bad-humored employee I called there because I wanted to ask for my tax ID. Then I was started immediately. I just finished my apprenticeship and I don't know my way around and then you are shown on the phone as if you had to be knowledgeable that is not possible at all behavior is under all cannon

It depends a lot on who you talk to. Last year a nice gentleman was able to help me in a very friendly and knowledgeable manner. This year a lady is responsible and she didn't even want to bother to look at my tax data. The sending of application documents was also very reluctant and prompted me to make inquiries. If you are not familiar with the matter and / or have no motivation to do your job correctly, you should rather look for another job. Tax matters are not an easy matter and if you choose a job as a service provider with personal contact, you should also have a certain level of social skills. I hope that next time I will be able to speak to someone who can still identify with their job and has good manners.
