Service unrivaled! In times in which many craftsmen for each started hour or even for cost estimates length and width demand, I would not have expected this service. After an extensive telephone consultation, I sent my defective LED headlight to Fa. Demeter to Germany (I am from Austria). There, the headlight was checked thoroughly and I was offered several options as the headlight could be opened and the risks involved. After it turned out that the board was irreparably damaged by a water damage (only resistors or capacitors would have been damaged. Demeter soldered the new one), I was offered the opportunity to send another defective headlight or a board for the conversion , After I could find nothing used for my exotics, the headlight was returned to me without asking for a single cent for the effort and the processing. Reason: The effort was so low that it does not pay. In my experience 99% of artisans in Austria can follow suit. Professional Honest Demeter - otherwise you can not describe it!

I drove with my Mercedes W124 for the diagnosis of strange noises and for the general assessment of repairs extra to Tom Demeter (come from Munich). Took a lot of time, very friendly and pleasant. Incredibly deep practical knowledge of the vehicle (I just say resonance test with a screwdriver on the auditory bone). Only recommends what is really necessary (and not what is only for sales). Small screws, which were missing in the review, he has just free times just replaced. Honest craftsman with a lot of experience, great skills and fair prices. Whereby I will voluntarily pay more here. The 500 KM and the "day trip" have been more than worthwhile for me!
