Our Warema external venetian blind system was defective. The employees were with us within a very short time, located the fault, ordered spare parts and got the system up and running again. Super friendly, super competent! We can only warmly recommend it! Thanks to Mr. Schultheis and his colleagues :)

For years the company Kropp has been known as a competent antenna manufacturer. Meanwhile, she also specializes in electrical installation. All appointments (cable TV and E-Inst.) Were punctual, clean and professional. From the order to completion did not pass 2 weeks. Thank you very much.

No, sorry, does not work! Called about 5 weeks ago because of a plugged out of the wall outlet. I was assured that I will be called back the same day - until today no picture, no sound! Outlet has long been fixed by a company that was with me the same day. A hanging from the wall outlet is not quite safe ..... If such a job, such an order is apparently too small, then I expect as a customer, that I will be informed immediately and I am not insured, at the same Day to be called. Too bad, had expected something different from this company! What was it ?! At the employee who did not pass the call? Or ..... too low ..... I can not recommend!
