In times of the boom, asking for money for an offer is one thing, but first of all you want to hold your hand and collect € 250 (prepayment) without even giving a technical / request-specific tone is an absolute no-go and an impudence. Fortunately, there are competitors who handle it similarly, but at least more seriously.
