I have to say I am very enthusiastic about your furniture store. In the whole area I have not seen such a decent exhibition and especially in the living room department I found such competent advice that I was able to realize my plans so well. Great praise to the employees and also to the trainees who definitely do their part.

Super nice staff and all really advice-friendly I am someone I love different types of lamps or lights and in the lamp department there is always something new and a lot also the prices are very suitable for the quality really great so I can only advise everyone to go shopping because you don't have any in Biller You need to be afraid that something won't work. and should it happen to you, the service team is very competent and friendly best regards

Very disappointing and sobering! We were looking for a smaller couch as ours was too big for our new living room. When we were at the Biller for the first time, we were neither noticed nor spoken to. In the search for personnel-like people, we finally found what we were looking for. The following information was ok. During the second visit the saleswoman was suddenly on vacation, although we had announced that we would discuss everything else with her the next day. Another colleague visibly had to overcome giving us information about the delivery time. We were dismissed with a contradicting delivery time statement. We don't know whether sales are the right job for women. But maybe you had a bad day ... Email inquiries received a very delayed response or no response at all. It's a shame ... we'll save ourselves the trip to the biller in the future. Who does not want it, already has it...

In August 2020 we ordered a kitchen with delivery in Munich from Möbel Biller Hof / Saale. The kitchen advisor, Mr Rühr, gave us comprehensive advice without making an appointment in advance. Well, we had to take note of the long delivery times until the end of October, we just didn't know. For this, the kitchen in Munich was delivered and installed on time. Kitchen prices are "moon prices"? In any case, after consulting with our line manager, we were offered a very fair price. You didn't have to negotiate for a long time. Of course you also look around at the big competitors in Munich, but there you don't even look through the mutual discount campaigns, you have to book a sales consultant with a consultation appointment online at least 1 week in advance. So we were happy that it was much easier in Hof. The delivery service in Eching / Landshut also worked well, tel. Appointments and then on-site on time.
