Bought a sofa bed, sent defective broken parts and I have to replace and maintain them myself. Discount only 30 € offered when a main part is whether the sofa is broken. Cheek customer service is bad.
Ordered a bedroom for us. Construction was a disaster and screws were missing. Screws were still not with us after a week. We took extra vacation for the construction, which was completely free. Will never buy anything there again.
Wanted to pick up paid chairs. Pick-up possible until 5 p.m. Were there at 16.10 and had to wait because the employee still had a lunch break. Here service is probably just an English word. Was definitely my last purchase there
Lots of choice, but poor quality.
Gladly again, nice seller.
From time to time ask what the price is still going to save one or the other Euro. Usually always something goes.
