After a birthday present that the defect was removed from the sealed packaging, we wanted to make use of the right of return (bought the day before, receipt was available). Without responding to our request, an "improvement" was made - not offered, but made - we were not allowed to speak out and were immediately rejected, we couldn't believe it. Even in supposedly cheap discounters there is a right of return according to German law. The business is not exactly cheap, and one would also like to support the farm itself and the retail trade, which can be done at Amazon without ifs and buts definitely cheaper and "easier" because customer requests are responded to or implemented. I think the right to return a defective item is appropriate.

Just unbelievable how rude the staff is to the customers. And then some wonder why you would rather buy online. We are now really trying to support the local businesses, but with such a stupid attitude towards customers sorry never again in this shop.
