We are enthusiastic about the professional execution, the service and the great result. Even unforeseeable structural inadequacies were mastered skillfully and without additional costs, special requests were dealt with promptly. I was even allowed to use the scaffolding for chimney and facade renovation, and was able to benefit from valuable tips. The master masters his subject, always works with him, leads his three young employees in partnership with brief instructions, they think along with motivation, work consistently conscientiously, independently and efficiently. (This is how I always wanted it as a former vocational school teacher and journeyman examiner!) I can recommend the Leyendecker company without reservation. She has the man-power and the machine park (crane, truck, ...) to guarantee short construction times. Mr. Leyendecker is licensed to dispose of asbestos materials as prescribed and keeps himself up to date through regular training. Anyone who has a "nice" neighbor like us and has to reckon with harassing reports because of suspected rule violations is well equipped with this company. In our case, Mr. Leyendecker was able to pass two inspections by the environmental department and the district government on site with flying colors, an enormous relief for us as the responsible client.
