I can only report positive things. My son had an accident and we were admitted there. I have to say that all the employees there are very kind and caring, despite the Corona stress. We were well informed and received all the information, they also responded to our fears. The operating doctor was very nice and answered all my questions with patience. I liked the children's ward very much, and my little husband also felt comfortable there. Thanks again to everyone for getting quick and good help.

I was there because of an accident at work and felt very well taken care of. No waiting time in the emergency room and after 1 hour I was able to walk again. The staff was very, very friendly and could calm me down.

Unfortunately, I have only had very few positive experiences so far. The staff is sometimes extremely unfriendly. Without exception, every time I was in the emergency room (with norovirus, bleeding or with a very high fever, ...) I always had to wait over 3 hours. Nevertheless, some of the carers were very courteous and friendly.

My husband came to the emergency room yesterday. The staff was super friendly and nice except for a nurse who said he owned the clinic and explained everything in detail. What one of the nurses did, however, was outrageous: when I pointed out to him that my husband still had a few pieces of glass on his uninjured hand, I got the answer that he would not bleed to death. Then, as previously discussed with a nurse, I wanted to accompany him briefly to the room to clear out the bag with the things I brought with him. Then he said that he still has a healthy arm and that he should do it on his own. Then my collar really burst. And finally he insults his colleague in front of us, who had previously assured me of this. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of the gentleman, but if the clinic reads this review, they can certainly determine who was on duty at that time (around 9 p.m.). That really doesn't work. You are already done with your nerves and then you get such sentences thrown at your head. But to say it again, all the other staff was great! thank you
