Wanted to solder a NOT cheap, heavy onyx silver ring - ring was broken on one side. After examining the saleswoman, she said: "That costs about 35 €, the stone has to be removed, you can get a new one" ... Then I went to another well-known jeweler in Hof and lo and behold: this ring for soldering AND a rose gold ring to polish together cost 6 € !!!! A few years ago I had a small open link on my mother's thin necklace repaired at Busch for expensive money - my mistake! Now I've learned. I think it's very outrageous what prices are "suggested" here - don't you have enough customers ?! I will never enter this shop again.
