I came in the beginning of July 2017 after my involuntary car crash, in which a drunk driver on the highway was driving me in front to the lawyers of vmH in Hof, after the first appointment I was clear, this lawyer MM with a focus on medicine law, traffic law (read with professionals in Hof) to hand over the case - I had a good feeling. Since I left this house in Ossecker Strasse, I have seldom heard anything at all, for weeks and months he was busy, on vacation, on dates, even the recalls were not possible for months. After waiting weeks and months I would like to see the correspondence between the lawyer and the opposing insurance company came back again. Even the ladies at the front desk were audibly annoyed that he does not even call - the excuses went out slowly. We then gave him a deadline with the last chance to contact us, no matter what, before we reported it to the RAK - see there promt a call from the missing lawyer, then there was silence for several weeks and sometimes months. Now after about 6 months we are still at the beginning and have now appointed a new lawyer of trust. I do not understand why you can not handle your customer normally. I have understanding for everything but you do not have to be fooled. As confident as the building seems, working after 6 months is not even worth a star!
