My parents moved from Hof ​​to Burg near Magdeburg with this company. Since they own expensive real wood furniture, they placed value on a reputable moving company. Unfortunately, they were very disappointed. Most of the expensive furniture became dignified. The damage to the furniture should be repaired by a furniture restorer. The costs for this amount to about 2800 €. However, the Rospeg insurance company does not want to pay for the repair. Long story short: we go to court to enforce our law. Errors and damage can happen, but it is highly unprofessional if they are not fixed. So it's very clear: stay away from this moving company if you don't feel like problems.
