I received my sauna on January 12th, 21st. The assembly service did their best on site and quickly assembled the sauna.
I ordered the sauna on September 2, 2020 and the seller was able to implement my special requests and answer my questions competently.

Ps: if I look at some of the comments here I can only say that as a customer I am not entirely clear why the anger is so spread here. I can 100% recommend the company and my experiences have been only positive.
I wanted to order on the internet first. But then I preferred to go to the shop myself. The exhibition on site then confirmed my impression. Then bought and have it delivered. Thanks again to the team for your patience with me. Let's put it this way: I'm very relaxed now. :)
Bought our sauna in summer. Super satisfied and my wife is happy. It is always important! The waiting time is criticized here, which I don't understand. With my car I also had to wait after ordering. I knew that beforehand.
What should I write. Top and the way you want it. Different programs and great lighting effects. Warm water, it bubbles. Recommendation - yes!
We took a long time to find the right pool. Finally we found it here. We are overjoyed with our dream fulfilled.
