Never again! In consultation and booking totally friendly. But when there was a problem, because with before, or when booking something important was not communicated, no solution could be found. On the contrary, the employee became extremely unfriendly and just said, this is the way it is and that happened to her in person.

Very dubious advice. I was interested in a trip, the advice was friendly and informative at the beginning. When I said I want to sleep over it one night, I was pressured that this price only applies today and that the quota is almost fully booked. For me that is very dubious and this behavior has deterred me a lot.
