I wanted to book my vacation at Lake Starnberg and get advice on this. The consultation consisted of a 10-minute conversation about key dates of the vacation, with the statement that I would be contacted with more precise details. Said message were 3 links to Booking.com. That’s it. The "top hotel" among the three is also right next to a construction site. We have now also taken care of leisure activities ourselves, there was no response. I would have hoped for a little more performance than things that I can google myself in 3 minutes. Edited: The travel agency came back to me, explained the situation to me and although the situation of course cannot be reversed, I think this type of service is great and therefore changed the rating from one (absolutely poor) to 3 (is halt went stupid) from ..

After a short wait we were greeted friendly and great advice. Our wishes were met perfectly. A colleague who was already a guest in one of the selected hotels came to inform us about the advantages and disadvantages of the hotel. All about good service and great advice. We will definitely be back!
