Dr. Engelbrecht missed his profession from my point of view. If a vet calls a cat that is hissing at him (among other things because it is in pain) as "unexaminable" and therefore does not touch it and simply injects painkillers without an examination, then I have no words. We don't go there anymore. We have now looked for a competent doctor who simply puts on leather gloves and can then handle and treat a hissing cat as normal.

Unfortunately I have to assign 1 star. For me I would give the vet 5 minus stars. He treated my old cat senselessly, even though he was very sick. I had the feeling that it was all about coal. The veterinarian did not notice that my hangover should actually be released. I advise against any pet owner from this veterinarian. For me it is not ethical. For my feeling and after this experience with this vet, it was almost cruelty to animals for me. Then went to another vet and he had to redeem him because he had asthma and not just a cold as the vet claimed. My hangover has suffered longer from this veterinarian than was necessary.
