I was there for the first time about a week ago. The lady who made the appointment was very friendly. I was welcomed in a friendly manner on site. Didn't have to wait long either. Unfortunately, the nail designer did not understand what I wanted. (linguistic barrier) I wanted gel with rhinestones. I received acrylic with cheap stones, which were arranged very simply. At first I accepted the result as it looked perfect at first. In the last few days the nails have completely deformed and I had pain under the acrylic. Since I couldn't take it anymore because of the pain I had the nails removed. My natural nails are completely broken and torn in some places. (I'll spare the readers a picture) Really a shame € 60 was way too much for that. At first I was very happy to have found a new nail salon near me. (Already had both gel and acrylic nails and never had a problem with them)

I was there today with my daughter. What I don't think is nice that you always wear the same gloves. Vi was very friendly but the shape of my nails was not the way I wanted them to be. They're both very rough and don't pay attention to the skin. Unfortunately, it's more like assembly line work. In my daughter's case, the woman didn't even speak to her what shape she would like, whether that's okay, the hands weren't disinfected, very unfriendly !!!! And for 48 € I cannot recommend it. A pity

Been there for the second time today. Thanks to fast appointments my nails could be made shorter and new so that I can enjoy them more in everyday life. They have become super beautiful and tapping on the PC works now again. I am very happy. Thank you, I'll be back!
