What should I write?! I and of course my 21-year-old Audi feel that they are in very good hands with you. With a lot of expertise, but also heart, the motor vehicle problems are put to the tooth and of course they are also solved. Doesn't work, doesn't exist here. Thank you for your really great work!

I was in this workshop at the end of October to change the particulate filter of my Peugeot 207, because it is full, with the promise of an affordable price compared to the one offered by the Peugeot workshop. At first they disassembled the entire front end, to justify the number of hours worked, then the mechanic wanted to weld the parts of the filter which instead only needed to be assembled, demonstrating a disconcerting incompetence. In the end, instead of 850 euros, they asked me for 950 euros and delivered the car with the particulate filter mounted incorrectly, so that the smoke filled the passenger compartment making it dangerous if not impossible to drive. To top it off, they couldn't even guarantee me that the filter was capable of regenerating. To be able to use the car, I had to go to the Peugeot workshop, which correctly fitted the filter, with an additional cost of 250 euros. I have never met people so incompetent and fraudulent as in this workshop. It would have been necessary to report them and ask for damages, if it weren't for the fact that I never wanted to have anything to do with these freebooters again. Luckily at the Peugeot workshop they understood the scam I was the victim of, and they helped me to fix the particulate filter. But fate is right, and what they did to me will return with interest.

I had the main inspection done for my BMW in the workshop. First of all, it is positive to mention that I received an appointment at very short notice. During the test, a few errors were subsequently criticized by the TÜV expert, which were corrected by the Ametsbichler company at very fair prices. Communication before the fix was also exemplary. With me, the workshop has definitely won a new regular customer!

My 23 year old Volvo V 70 has been carefully serviced and repaired here for 10 years. As a result, I did not have any unusual failures or problems with the TÜV, despite 310,000 km of mileage. When my air conditioning failed in the heat, it was repaired immediately within 24 hours. The very competent and good work makes me feel at home Markus Ametsbichler and his team are in very good hands. Here, repairs are still carried out by hand and not only assemblies are exchanged, and at fair prices. Thank you and for the next 10 years, so that my Volvo still gets the "H" license plate and continues to "drive and drive and drive".
