Unfortunately, I cannot rate specialist knowledge, competence and performance, because that never happened. Stalling from lack of interest and conditional friendliness, I can rate that was very ripe. What should have been done was not wanted and without advice and recommendations after repeated questions was not received.
From personal experience I can unfortunately not recommend this to anyone and I don't want to do that to anyone else.
