After I was harassed several times this week with advertising for 20% directly at the door of the apartment (and I think advertising in the mailbox would have been enough, but it says: NO ADVERTISING!) Should I get another advertisement, I will switch to Robinson Club! For this intrusive behavior alone it will no longer happen that I visit this pharmacy!

Since advertising belongs in the mailbox (no advertising) and not on the door, I find it very intrusive and in the context of environmental protection this is a no go! If that happens again I will take legal action! So I see no respect for the customer, and so I doubt that it is better in the shop! In the future I will avoid this pharmacy!

Sometimes unfriendly staff, and a lot more that doesn't fit there ... Weekend you forgot to get the recipe, you would bring it up, that is no longer possible with the new owner, you should go to the on-call service and get one there ... (That always worked with the previous one.) Sad ..... but luckily there are other pharmacies in Grafing wherever possible ... (my opinion, the more often you have been served impolite.)

I visited the bear pharmacy to give a short training. That was the nicest and warmest contact on my "trip" through different districts! Many thanks to Ms. M. D. and her nice colleague. 5 ***** plus for so much warmth!

Without a diaper one is thrown out of the shop very unfriendly. Addendum a few weeks later: PEOPLE AVOID THIS STORE! We highly recommend the Marien- and Leonhardsapotheke, where you are always treated in a friendly, problem-free and competent manner like a person, even with the mask free. Now I have a criminal complaint for trespassing and violation of the Infection Protection Act on my neck. It is simply said that I entered the shop despite the ban. So not Mrs. Rorer! Not like that!
