You lose an incredible number of customers because the employees are not corrected. I was also treated very unfriendly by the employee today. If you ask a question, the busy business woman won't even turn to you. Why ... are just any annoying customers ... she doesn't feel like her job at all and should rather look for something without customer contact because she shows that in her behavior. Due to health reasons I was late with the exchange and would not have had a problem with it if I had been refused. The branch management kindly gave the OK and that apparently didn't suit the employee. She still accused me of lying that I had already used the product by saying: “I don't think so. I won't buy that from you. ”I have often noticed this lady negatively when dealing with customers (very snappy). I said that I don't let myself be puffed like this and either she exchanges it or I go and leave it here. I am not interested in the 5 EUR. But I'm definitely not going to be insulted as a well paying customer! I am not a little schoolgirl here, that you get stupid in front of assembled customers and I can do it completely differently. Apart from the impossible and unprofessional behavior of the employees, I also have to say that Rossmann should show a better eye when selecting his employees. The outward appearance is neglected and I see all these complaints only in this branch in Zorneding.

When you enter the shop, you are insolently moaned from the start that you should take a car. Although the handles are not cleaned, you are forced to do so, otherwise you are not allowed to shop. But at the checkout it's really the culmination of disrespectful behavior: We were overpowered by an overweight saleswoman, middle-aged, with dark curly hair (Eastern European accent) for no reason, insolent and bottomless in front of all other customers, because she alleged misconduct on our part at the checkout wanted to have noticed. Since her behavior regarding impudence was unbeatable and I therefore asked for her managing director and her name, she got pampy: "I don't have to tell you that". In my answer that we are here will stop shopping, she said, and we weren't wanted either. I've been shopping there for over 14 years, but now I don't like it anymore.
