Our oil heating with oil tanks has been causing us stomach ache for a long time. We also wanted to move towards green energy. But this is not so easy with a house built in 1975. In Auer, we have found exactly the right partner for this project: expansion of the old oil heating system and installation of an air heat pump + new radiators. Everything was perfect: from the competent advice, smooth process, professional and reliable implementation and an extremely courteous team! We are thrilled with the result. First class work! The job was not completed - and the allegedly repaired fan in the bathroom stopped working 2 days later. The owner then reported 5 months later (!) And wanted to do the rest of the work. The partial work was carried out in my absence, a time sheet was not left. 5.5 months later I received a completely overpriced invoice - I had it checked by the new, commissioned electrician. No one can be reached by phone, there is no reply to emails. Instead, I had a message on the mailbox that I should report by phone at 7:45 a.m. on a certain day, otherwise Mr. Auer considers the matter to be done. I can only advise against this company!
