Great service and super nice team. Our slightly outdated SAECO coffee machine has been lovingly maintained here and a bug was found that nobody would have suspected. Since then, the coffee has been running and running and running in top form again! And because the service was cheap and almost detective, I bought a tumble dryer. Actually, I wanted a different model (you do look on the Internet in advance to get an overview of what is available on the market, especially in times of Corona, when electronics stores are not allowed to be open), but Ms. Perlak has me So confidently and well advised over the phone that I spontaneously decided on a better device that was not significantly more expensive, but needed significantly less power. The device was even delivered to me the next day, installed and put into operation. The operation was explained immediately on the device and the old device was taken away. This is how service works, excellent. Competent, personable, reliable and fast! Dear readers, I can wholeheartedly recommend Elektro Perlak. Actually, I would like to give 6 stars :)

Too bad that you have to give a star, because the seller in the Kirchseeoner Euronics has definitely not earned it. Customer-oriented advice is a foreign word here. If you want to be ripped off unfriendly you are in the right place. Maybe the management should rethink which people you let go of the customers. If no one is shopping in this shop anymore, I understand this 100%. Especially in the current situation, one should actually think that retail is dependent on every customer ...

Unfortunately, the seller is so unfriendly that you ask yourself if you can leave such an individual close to the customer. I came up with the result, NO! The listlessness of this person can hardly be surpassed .. Too bad that in a friendly village like Kirchseeon there is such a guy behind the cash register of the Euronics ..

A competent, friendly dealer! 1A advice! Also with my "old" coffee machine (which I did not buy there) no topic and I feel in good hands! Should this give up the ghost, I will definitely get there my machine and other devices! Unfortunately, there are only very few retailers on site! Keep up the good work because the love of the Internet can not compete with personal advice!
