We recently bought a latex mattress from Stelzner. Stelzner keep what they promise, accommodating, helpful and friendly even with somewhat more difficult customers like us. We didn't get along so well with the first mattress and we came up with a good solution together, exchanges went smoothly. Great family business - very customer oriented.

Best advice and top service, I've been a customer for many years and wouldn't buy anywhere else. Mr. Stelzner spared no effort to find the right mattress and slatted frame for me and he made it. It is definitely worth buying from a professional in a specialist shop.
