45min consultation costs 220 euros. my situation: During the turn of me, other people involved in the accident hit my car backwards. i am stationary at the time of impact. No eyewitness. Repair cost from me is about 5000 euros and the suggestion from insurance is 50% -50% debt. Peter Hohlweg's suggestion is that I can aim for 25% guilt if I assume a car accident simulation. I think it's not a thrifty suggestion for me.
