Very negative experience over a 5 year litigation. Superficial advice / clarification, documents and important information are often not forwarded to clients promptly and must be requested again and again. Accessibility is often impossible because the office is often not occupied, no AB. Questions by e-mail are almost NEVER answered, telephone contact between client and lawyer is expressly NOT welcome! Accordingly, there are no callbacks, fixed appointments for a telephone call are not noticed at short notice.

A complaint against RA Herwig Eder-Richter was submitted to the Munich Bar Association. Reasons are gross violations of obligations towards the client, including: Violation § 11 BORA, immediate answer to questions from the client. Written questions from the client are simply ignored and remain unanswered. Telephone contact, which is a matter of course between the client and the lawyer, is prohibited at this law firm. Calls are not put through. Inquiries regarding certain issues are answered, if at all, only in writing and often formulated incomprehensibly. It is difficult for the client to make the right decisions. Independent action without prior consultation with the client. Important documents, records and documents were repeatedly very late or not forwarded to the client at all. Requests for documents and documents were ignored and not complied with. The law office is often not staffed, accessibility extremely poor. Due to very bad experiences over several litigation years, this law firm is NOT advisable. I cannot recommend this firm.
