Absolutely not recommended, better no lawyer than this. I had a pretty simple complaint that you really can not lose. That's why I did not waste too much time looking for a lawyer. UNFORTUNATELY. Even this sooo simple process he managed to lose, because he simply did not care and the judge has decided under false assumptions. But even that would not matter to me, it can happen anytime, maybe the judge had a bad day or whatever. Much more important is that lawyer Brandmair is almost never tangible. and does not forward the correspondence. I tried to reach for weeks, without reaction. In rare cases you can reach your secretary, the callback requests remain unanswered. It took him almost a year to make the claim. All correspondence was not forwarded. In the few cases in which I managed to get him as a phone, just at that moment was the documents to send me. Even the verdict I had requested directly in court, weeks later and after countless calls and emails I had also received a copy of the verdict of lawyer Brandmair. Ok, the process was lost and I was glad to get rid of the lawyer as well. Fortunately, the cost of the whole would be my legal expenses insurance. The insurance number I gave Mr Brandmair right at the beginning and he wanted to contact the insurance company. Well, months after the verdict, I get a letter from the bailiff. The due legal costs of the opposing side and a heap of dunning fees, bailiffs costs etc. pp. Of course I fell from the clouds, because neither cost determination resolution nor any reminders ever arrived with me. After innumerable telephone calls with all parties except lawyer Brandmair (since this one is not reachable for weeks, neither by email nor telephone and also no call back requests) I finally learned from court and from opposing lawyer, that all correspondence (cost determination resolution and reminders) to Mr Brandmair left because of this motion. My insurance had no information about it. Well, the result of the whole thing is that I had to spend countless hours clarifying the facts. Now high additional costs (the insurance is only for the costs fixed by the court) and probably get a SCHUFA entry, and all because Mr. Brandmair is not able to forward the correspondence and is now dead. Thank you for NOTHING!
