I find really good people (everyone should do too) I can not praise enough, because out of 100 people / occupations doing their job only a few are about 5 really good + great. All the rest are mediocre and at the right time also unexpectedly bad! My inquiry and the order were always answered by e-mail in a very short time very correct and understandable by Mr. Birnkammer. Mr. B. is a very friendly and reliable supplier who does not just put the wood in front of the door, but has the pallets transported to the desired location (in my garage). The price-performance ratio is right, the wood from the large hardware store (Hornbach) was even slightly more expensive. And who knows if the hardware store would have delivered comparably good quality (because the online reviews were very mixed and bad reviews also included)! Conclusion I really always compare price and performance, but it starts with the friendliness of Mr. Birnkammer (boss), continues with an extremely friendly and cheerful driver who has transported / delivered everything in the desired place with his ant. The quality of the supplied beech wood (5 Ster / 4 RM) is flawless, it is not the least objectionable. CONCLUSION: there really is no reason for me to look around for any other supplier, even if there are 1 ton of beech wood, e.g. would be cheaper by 5 €. Thank you for today's repeated perfect and friendly delivery.
