ZAAAARRRUUUUUMMMAAAA - My new favorite bean!
Grind the beans for my portafilter and often also for the bialetti. Very balanced in all its flavors: not too strong, not too fluffy, a bit nutty, slightly chocolatey and above all well tolerated even with 3 liters of coffee a day :)
