A good business which has unfortunately decreased significantly. My family had a lot of jobs done there, but unfortunately there was always something. With mine Last order, a christening coin for my son, it was the last drop in the barrel! Everything was discussed when it was issued, I even left a sample from another trailer, actually nothing could go wrong. After about 3 months (during Corona) I was informed when asked that it was ready. I'm going from Munich to Hausham and surprise; not finished and all wrong. So again discussed, !! Money for shipping !! I had to pay and drove again. After a while the trailer came and it was more than a cheek. The name misspelled, the soldering points not cleaned and the engraving a single botch. I already asked if the boss is still working there, is still looking at the work and whether it is still being put down on the customer?!?! So called and paid postage again. At the same time I wrote an email asking for an explanation and called the junior on the phone. We decided to get in touch with me and discuss compensation. After a week the taler came in decent quality without comment, but nothing else. Unfortunately, I personally have had bad experiences with the business too often. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend him any more! PS: I would still wait for an answer ....

Dear Geissler & Son team, On the occasion of our wedding we had our wedding rings made for you and are very satisfied with the result. The simple gold rings made of one piece are wonderfully worked and the extremely filigree engraving is easily recognizable. The two additional rings - a silver ring made of pearls and a platinum ring with diamonds - are breathtakingly beautiful. There I bought a gold pendant with pearl for my wife. The matching gold chain had to be ordered because the exhibit (220 EUR) was not the right length. After a week, the new chain for the price of 440 EUR (!!!) was ready to pick up. The junior boss told me that the price may change due to the gold price, makeready time and amount produced. In my case, the price change was + 100%, which was not talked about at the sales pitch.
