Ms. Haydn and her staff are always nice and helpful. Small services are free for existing customers, and not all opticians have opening times until 6 p.m. - important for working people.

I have been a customer in this business for years now. I was always greeted warmly, employees show interest and like to help even longer. The prices are mostly O.k, but quite acceptable compared to larger stores. Very large selection and possibilities for individual design. What I really appreciate about this shop is the child-friendly atmosphere, the children are kindly and timidly scared of any kind of shyness. Conclusion, Heydn is a technically competent, friendly and product-rich establishment. Only to be recommended and in my opinion the best optician in Freyung, if not in the whole district! Very satisfied.

Something sympathetic and professional as I was allowed to experience here, I have not experienced for a long time. I broke my glasses. A glass remained and my old spare glasses was only a glass, fortunately for the broken side still intact. Here was the remnants of glasses for only 12.- € really conjured (in only 2.5 hours). That's what I call professional work. Thanks to the whole team. Without the quick help, I would have had tremendous problems. Motorists with spectacles. Greetings from Ulf Richter from TBB

Well, watches Heydn optics. Mrs. Margit Heydn hyphen Nesner. Now I feel the need to comment on this shop. The first thing that comes to my mind about this business in terms of name is snooty. My last visit is already a few years back, but as I was treated reminds me of Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman where she entered the Noble shop and wanted to buy a fancy evening gown, was patterned by the saleswoman and then got to hear: "Tut We are sorry, but we do not serve people like her! "This is what happened to me in this business. I wanted to buy new glasses for my work computer goggles, which I subsequently bought, stupidly in the same business. Frame 200 euros, glasses 80 euros each. Since they look at my request derogatory to me and said to me: "But you already know that a glass costs 80 euros?" I was once dizzy and thought to myself, I know clearly, the same price I have the first time yes also paid. I left again. In the meantime, I bought glasses, progressive, from Fielmann in Passau. 700 euro. If the ladies at Heydn also work on a commission basis, as Julia Roberts said when she re-entered the store later, "Too stupid, too". To make it short: overbearing, unfriendly staff, prices overpriced, shop tastelessly furnished. Not recommended.
