I was twice in Straubing near Küblbeck because of problems with my car. The staff is totally rude and the service was a disaster. The mechanic said "marten bite" even though he hadn't even looked at the car. Am I on a quiz show or what? I can also guess. This shop no longer sees me and can only advise everyone against it, unless he is masochistic.

Absolutely rude staff. In the end, I paid a higher price for a spare part than was previously agreed and received a lower deposit for the old device. When I tried to address this (again), I was told that it was my own fault if I brought the wrong device. This statement moved me to give the staff some well-intentioned advice. Man shouldn't deal with potential new customers like that. Then I was just told that they don't need them. Well then, good business, but without me.
