Unfortunately, zero stars is not possible, because today I caught "the" friendly employee who picked out the wrong item for me, despite the license or chassis number. Competent and polite is different, because that wasn't the first time!

A certain seller pretty unfriendly. Competence is different. Mouthy & unfriendly. As a customer for years, I will shop elsewhere. And that was unfortunately several times now, I don't need to.
