Money thrown in all the chips came out, after I needed some for the hot wax program, I entered a five euro note. This was simply swallowed and no coins were issued. I then had to call and waited 10 minutes for someone to come. Then five chips were given to me, but I don't need them anymore because I don't live here. In the meantime I had left out the hot wax and chose the final program that was enough for the last coin. Even after asking several times, no money could be paid to me. Since I live in Nuremberg, it's not worth anything to me. It's a shame that you don't have the systems under control here! I can dispose of the coins now or maybe use them up in 3 years ....... If the coins had come out straight away, I could have used them all up because I would have used all the programs, but after no one answered by phone, I had to take the last program so that the car is at least free of soap ....
