I sent my silver-plated Bach trumpet to Mr. Pleischl for repair by post after prior telephone arrangement. Within a week Mr. Pleischl gave me the budget, which he kept to. A week later the instrument came back in the mail! Reason for repair: A train was solid and had to be released, interior cleaning and exterior polishing and sealing. When I unpacked the trumpet, the surprise was perfect, the instrument looked like new! 5 stars from me
