In all honesty, who cares what the environment looks like when I visit my loved one, the most important thing is that I see him or, no matter where. You shouldn't forget what the visits to jail look like, but that didn't matter either, the main thing was that you could see him. I also have to say that the visits to the BKH Straubing are very pleasant. My brother has been in the BKH for 3 months now and he, like us, is happy and grateful that he can do his therapy there. The whole staff, whether at the gate or on the wards, is very friendly, helpful and absolutely fine. You can ask anything at any time and they do their best to fulfill wishes. My brother says that the doctors, nurses, too, are all friendly and very competent and you can talk to them very well. You always have to tell yourself that the way you approach people, that's how they are to you. You are very human towards the patient. If you don't have decency and don't know how to behave, you shouldn't be surprised if you are treated differently. It is the same when you misjudge your tone. There are rules like everywhere that you have to obey, if not, you have to face the consequences, like everywhere else. The way some people behave there is in some cases directly embarrassing and actually makes others feel ashamed. We are very satisfied and confident that if my brother is doing well, we are also doing well and that is the goal. So please rethink your attitude, you have to want it yourself and not always see everything negatively. You are there on therapy and not on vacation. It is clear that we are not dealing with the Hilton here. And so I can only start from my visits. I experienced a consistently friendly and competent staff. However, 3 stars is the utmost I am able to give when you consider the environment in which the visits have to take place.

0 stars is appropriate for this facility you have to constantly chase after the supervisor supervisors if you want something, any questions will be answered with I don't know or someone else is responsible for that and the behavior of most employees is cheeky and provocative when it finally improves Location in there

No star would be appropriate for this facility !! Here you are reduced to what you have or don't have and nobody really cares about the problem. The staff is extremely UNCOMPETENT, unfriendly, very lazy and on top of that provocative. This has nothing to do with therapy!
