We have been very satisfied customers for many years and for good reason.
We wanted to go on vacation at 2am on Saturday morning. At 3 o'clock we had to turn around due to a leak in the AdBlue supply line. At 9 o'clock our car was picked up at home by the Herzog company, a spare part was procured, repaired and at lunchtime we could drive off again.
And that on a Saturday. It couldn't be better or more customer-friendly.
We would also give more stars here if it were possible.
Top service, top price-performance ratio. While elsewhere the blue of the sky is told, the true state of affairs is determined here. I also repaired the radio for free. Any time.

Defects in the vehicle are reliably and competently remedied by a friendly team that is responsive to the customer. The unpredictable is always discussed before the repair. Three VW authorized garages were unable to repair our Passat when there was a problem with the exhaust probe - KFZ-Herzog was! We have been customers ever since. Keep it up!
