The aisles are always blocked.
I was followed the whole time by the staff and when I bent down to look at the perfume I was accused of stealing even though I didn't have a bag with me. Whenever I go shopping there, 2 people from the staff chase me really uncomfortably shopping there, I don't feel comfortable there.
Rather a smaller Rossmann, but good assortment and maintained. Part of the goods are in the hallway, which are also a little narrower. Staff is always very friendly.
All gears are delivered every time. Apparently this store has no warehouse so everything is stored in the store. I was a permanent guest so I can say that it has been so sloppy there for at least a year. You have to push the carts off the shelves so that you get the stuff you need. Big thumb down.
Pleasant shopping. Always properly on delivery days, it can get tight, but that's normal in retail and after all, everyone wants to have theirs all the time :)
