Expertise and sensible advice with real background knowledge offer a completely different shopping experience than the big online competitors Amazon and Co.
I bought a Danalock Smart lock two and a half years ago, and even then I was impressed by how easy it was to order.
After intensive and daily use, this technological miracle has unfortunately blessed the temporal.
I called BG Sicherheitstechnik expecting nothing and was promptly invited to send the defective lock! A repair was not possible as expected, but an exchange at a really fair price for a new lock was possible within three days and returned to the smart apartment door! (The manufacturer only gives a 12 month warranty!)
I am excited and satisfied!

Defective smoke detector, you called several times and the answering machine answered each time, no callback or anything else. I wrote a mail and got no answer until today! Insolence!
Very long delivery times, significantly longer than stated. Specified were 1-2 working days, it took 6 working days to handover DHL, which will be 8 until it is there.
Delivery of the ordered goods was quick and easy at the time. After several smoke alarms had failed after three or four years of operation (10 year guarantee by the manufacturer), extensive information about the warranty processing with the manufacturer was given in a friendly phone call after contacting us by email.
Unfortunately, two Keso door locks are defective and cannot be opened. Of course, the supplier cannot do that. Only three years old. Ordered new ones and already paid for them. Unfortunately, the delivery took a little longer because Keso could not deliver.
