I cannot share the opinion that people are rude. In front of me, someone can always be reached quickly on the phone, everyone is polite and helpful. E-mails are also answered. If I want a personal appointment, I will be given one. What you always have with a tax advisor are longer waiting times for appointments and processing of your tax. I had it everywhere and I think it is normal, because it means time-consuming review of the files. Whoever flies over here quickly may not find all the savings potential.
